Sales Representative – Germany
We are now recruiting a full-time Sales Representative to join Klättermusen in Germany.
Since 1975, Klättermusen has been a pioneer in refined Scandinavian mountaineering equipment. Our products combine functionality and extreme durability with a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Rigorously tested in real-world conditions, our equipment supports outdoor enthusiasts in the most demanding environments.
The main focus of the role is sales, customer relationship management, and wholesale support. This position plays a key role in developing and strengthening Klättermusen’s presence in Germany and will work closely with the Head of Sales Europe and the global sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop existing wholesale customers in Germany
Identify and engage with new retail partners in the region
Prepare and conduct sales presentations at trade fairs, in-house, and/or virtual sell-in meetings
Plan and execute seasonal sales activities and strategies
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
Provide high-level customer service and ongoing account support
Weekly and monthly sales reporting
Build strong product knowledge and represent the Klättermusen brand professionally
Travel extensively within Germany to visit customers
The experience you’ll bring to the role
Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably within outdoor, sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of wholesale sales and customer relationship management
Passion for the outdoors and alignment with sustainability-driven brands
Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with strong structure and discipline
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting
Fluent or native German and English (both written and spoken)
