We are seeking a Sales & Client Success Manager to join KMX. This is a revenue-critical role reporting directly to the Head of KMX. You will act as the first point of contact for all prospective clients, representing KMX with professionalism and authority. You will convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, manage private trip proposals, maintain CRM discipline, and ensure a seamless client journey from first interaction through departure. This role combines structured commercial performance with a high-touch, concierge-level client approach where required.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Execution
• Act as the primary point of contact for all inbound enquiries
• Qualify prospects and assess client suitability
• Prepare and deliver accurate, commercially aligned proposals
• Follow up consistently to maximise conversion
• Convert private trip opportunities in collaboration with Product and Operations
• Support and develop B2B and partnership relationships
• Deliver revenue in line with agreed targets
Client Experience & Concierge Approach
• Provide a premium, responsive and personalised client experience
• Offer informed guidance to clients preparing for technical trips
• Support complex or high-value bookings with structured follow-through
• Manage ad-hoc client requests in a solution-oriented manner
CRM & Pipeline Management
• Maintain disciplined and accurate CRM records
• Track deal stages and pipeline value
• Provide structured weekly revenue and pipeline reporting
• Ensure no leads are unmanaged
• Maintain visibility of revenue pacing and forecast accuracy
Invoicing & Payment Management
• Issue invoices in line with approved pricing frameworks
• Monitor deposits and final balances
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Flag cashflow or margin risks early

• Enquiries responded to within 24 hours
• Strong enquiry-to-booking conversion rate
• Clean, measurable and reliable CRM pipeline
• Deposits secured within agreed timelines
• Revenue predictable and visible
• Clients confident and well-informed throughout their journey
Profile We Are Looking For
• Commercially driven, structured and performance-oriented
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in tourism, ideally within a Tour Operator or adventure travel environment
• Proven experience in travel sales execution (essential)
• Strong snowsports background (essential), ideally including ski touring and ski mountaineering
• Able to discuss technical mountain trips with credibility
• Confident acting as the professional first point of contact for premium clients
• Self-driven, proactive and accountable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working within CRM systems and structured reporting
• Persistent and disciplined in follow-up
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – additional languages advantageous
• Able and willing to travel as required
Experience within adventure travel, outdoor tourism or premium experiential brands is highly desirable.
The position is a full-time position based in UK or Sweden, with start as soon as possible.
