eCommerce CRM Specialist
Klättermusen is seeking to hire a dynamic and enthusiastic eCommerce CRM Specialist to join our eCom team in Stockholm.

As a CRM specialist, you will work with Klättermusen’s customer database with the goal of driving CRM strategy, using data-driven insights to optimize user engagement, drive customer retention, and enhance brand loyalty. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, brand and retail teams to ensure the CRM insights and newsletters are utilized effectively and consistently to maximise business objectives.
You will be involved in developing Klättermusen’s CRM strategy through tracking, A/B testing and executing sales-driving and loyalty-building blueprints towards our customers.
Responsibilities:
Optimization, development & analysis of customer journeys via all touch points in our CRM system.
Identify opportunities, developing customer lifecycle programs.
Managing the customer lifecycle using a data-driven mindset to create an understanding of our customers and their needs.
Identify valuable customer segments.
Oversee automation & ad-hoc newsletter campaigns.
Find new opportunities to engage and retain our customers.
Analyze performance data.
Continuously AB test creatives and content.
Identify and set best practices from a design and performance perspective.
Coordinate and plan activities in collaboration with the marketing department.
Qualifications
+5 years previous experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or similar is desirable
Experience with Voyado a plus
Clear understanding of customer journey, LTV and digital marketing.
Customer centric and experience building customer loyalty.
Data-driven and analytical approach.
Strong affinity with the outdoors, fashion and luxury.
Excellent communication and organization skills, with a time-efficient and deadline-oriented approach
Must be self-motivated, detail-focused and have the ability to multi-task in a fast- paced environment
Proficiency in written English communication
