SERVICE & SUPPORT COORDINATOR
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Service & Support Coordinator to join our team in Åre, Sweden.
This role is crucial to enhancing our customer experience and supporting our sales and digital teams. The ideal candidate brings energy, a passion for customer service, and a forward-thinking mindset. Experience with international customers, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to details are essential for success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Excellence: Co-lead the development of best-in-class B2B and B2C customer service practices at Klättermusen.
- Daily Management: Proactively handle customer service inquiries, web questions, and chat queries in collaboration with the full Service & Support team.
- Product and Returns Management: Manage product-related questions, returns, claims, and maintain the web FAQ section.
- Content Review: Regularly review and improve on-site materials and texts to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse and Sales Coordination: Co-manage the Åre warehouse and coordinate offline sales events.
- Post-Sales Support: Oversee spare parts handling and other post-sales activities.
- Team Contribution: Positively contribute to the overall office environment and embody Klättermusen´s company values.
The experience you’ll bring to the role is:
- Experience: 3+ years in order administration, sales support, or customer service.
- Process-Oriented: Proven ability to set up and manage processes that prioritize the customer’s experience.
- Sales and Brand Awareness: Ability to leverage customer interactions to drive sales and strengthen brand recognition.
- Organizational Skills: Highly disciplined, structured, and well-organized.
- Analytical Skills: Capable of multitasking efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish is required.
- Passion for the Outdoors: A commitment to sustainability and a customer-first mindset.
The position is a full-time position based in Åre, with start in January 2026.
